Fayette Property Solution installed an underground drainage system to help with erosion in my backyard and also graded and sodded the backyard. They did a fantastic job! They were very communicative and obviously care greatly about doing quality work to please their customers. They turned my backyard into a place where my kids will be able to play and enjoy themselves on a beautiful green lawn! I highly recommend them! The photo is halfway through sod installation.

I recently had Fayette Property Solution hydro-seed my backyard. First off I want to say that this crew of two men are extremely hard workers, very professional and detail oriented. Communication was wonderful and I was blown away by how fast they completed my project. I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again for any future projects.

He completed all three task (Brush Removal, Stump Grinding, and light grading) like he’d had done them a million times before. He is definitely a expert in his craft and I can’t wait to use him again. I’d much rather wait for him then use any other contractor. BAR NONE!

When we added our detached garage we needed power ran to it and Coweta Fayette EMC had to dig through our yard. I did not want to lay sod due to possible height differences, so we reached out to Fayette Property Solutions and they did some hydro seeding and while being skeptical of the process, I’m impressed! Fayette Property Solutions had the right knowledge, experience, and equipment to repair a large sink hole that was apparently caused by the developer burying logs on the lot. The best experience that I have ever had when dealing with any kind of work for our home. My Dad has worked in the yard for years and planted so much. It was beautiful when it bloomed once a year but the ground had become so hard and the roots were showing and after trimming for weeks we decided on a different plan to make upkeep easier for me. We can see our beautiful house now. I told them what I wanted, they listened and scheduled the job within a week. They were here for 2 days and my yard is just beautiful!! I cannot thank them enough. If I had a dollar for every time I watched Cale work that mini skid steer like it owed him money, I’d have enough to hire him again. I was half expecting some heavy machinery foreplay the way he handled that thing—smooth, precise, and with the kind of finesse that makes you question if you’ve been using your own equipment wrong this whole time. But alright, let’s get serious. Cale’s the real deal. Don’t let the size of the skid steer fool you—he came out twice and moved a total of 30 yards of material like it was nothing, and backfilled my retaining wall like a pro. Compressed it all down, leveled it beautifully, and left it looking cleaner than my life choices. Highly recommend. You get what you pay for—and in this case, you get speed, skill, and a suspiciously good time watching dirt get moved.

In the spring, I had this company come out to my property to do some grading and clearing for a 60’ x 50’ pad in preparation for gravel. The work was top-quality from start to finish. The equipment they brought out was top-notch, and the job was done professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them for any outdoor landscaping, land clearing, or tree work. Great service all around.

May 30, 2024 Problem: removal of six 50' almost-dead Leyland Cypresses left us and our neighbor a with view of 2500sf of sloping, ready-to-erode soil with stump-grinding craters and associated debris. All factors pointed to HYDROSEEDING as best solution. Called FPS. They came and appraised the situation, including a soil analysis which indicated we had excellent soil conditions. Their estimate was $250 lower than delivery of bermuda sod alone -- installation of which, hired-out, would have been a considerable expense -- or backbreaking for the not-so-young homeowner. The crew arrived on time, contoured and groomed the slope with the Ventrac and its various attachments. Then they hydroseeded, using an amazingly vigorous bermuda turf variety. The sprayed emulsion containing the seeds clung to the slope, and with consistent watering, green blades appeared on day 7. By day 18 grass was 8" tall and demanded mowing. My friendly neighbor -- a golfer and lawn-care fanatic -- was amazed. Great work, done by guys who love their job.

I can't say enough good about the work of Fayette Property Solutions. I got 3-4 stumps ground down quickly and clean and now, thankfully, I even have grass growing where they once were. They also redid my gravel driveway with the end result is better than I've ever seen my driveway look. Every time they are fast, with excellent clean up, and the price is had to argue with. They actually take time to think things through and give an accurate quote. Work getting done on time, correctly, and with integrity is hard to find now days, but these guys got it. 12/10
